Reporting to: Bowsy Marketing Manager
Bowsy is addressing inequalities in graduate recruitment! Our aim is to remove barriers to diversity and inclusion and we need your help! We are looking for a brand ambassador, who began their university journey through an ACCESS program e.g. DARE, HEAR, ASPIRE, or similar, is passionate about diversity & inclusion and who can drive positive awareness of the Bowsy brand amongst final year and post-graduate students and also ACCESS students in other universities!
Key Responsibilities:
- To act as a goodwill ambassador for Bowsy amongst students by communicating the values of Bowsy and encouraging students to register on the platform.
- To provide Bowsy with information on relevant university events, student activities and also to provide feedback on the Bowsy platform.
- To connect with other ACCESS (DARE, HEAR) students in other universities within Ireland and encourage them to register on the platform.
- To help identify students to complete tasks on the Bowsy platform on an ad hoc basis.
- To help promote the brand via their personal social media accounts.
- To assist in content creation (i.e., writing blogs, newsletters, reviews, etc.).
- To attend key student events as a Bowsy representative as required.
- To input to Bowsy’s overall strategy.
- To cooperate with and actively share learnings with other student ambassadors.
Candidate Description:
- The ideal candidate will be a final year or post-graduate university student that has a genuine enthusiasm for the Bowsy mission.
- Will have strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Will ideally be active within the student community
- Will have an active social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Will be able to dedicate 4hours per week to performing the role without interfering with the priority of their studies and will also be available to attend regular bi-monthly meetings with Bowsy management team (dates and times to be mutually agreed).
